08-06-2011 3:59 AM -- By: Lorraine Ritson (Elston),  From: Dartford

Hearing that today you would've been 40 years of age, reminded me of my 40th birthday - such a day to remember. However, there were many special days that I remember, which included you, all through childhood. You will always be a special memory to me as I can honestly say you were one of the nicest people to be around. There was a certain kind of loveliness about you - bubbly, nice natured, beautiful inside and out. Rest gently lovely girl.

Lorraine.

xx

Hallo my angel, another month goes by Jo, and the missing of you goes on and on, and it always will.   Nothing will ever change.    A good friend of mine, Jane, gave us the gift of a garden bench when we moved into our new home.    I have had a plaque made in your memory and dad put it on the bench yesterday.   it looks lovely and the wording we had etched is "In loving memory of our beautiful Jo" 1971 - 2005.     so everytime we sit and have a cuppa, you are there with us, but you are with us wherever we go.     We are off to spain on friday and are meeting Bet and Ken there, and  are staying in Terry and Mari's villa.    looking forward to it should be a nice break and rest.    You rest gently my  angel, and  know we love and miss you so much. God bless,   mum xxxxxxx

Dear Jo, I attended a dinner last Friday to raise awareness and funds for brain tumours research.  It was called The Butterfly Ball.  It told me a lot about the condition and helped me understand the immense pain and loss that the disease brings.  Thinking of you.  With love, Jenny xxx

Hello Jo,

Thought about you today and the loss your family must be feeling. Christmas brings with it so many different emotions - feelings seem to change from one day to the next; but more importantly it seems to bring our loved ones close to our hearts and the memories of those who are no longer with us.

Today would've been my dad's 79th birthday......

With fond memories.

Lorraine.

xx

Jo just had to stop by to say how sad it is that another Christmas has come and gone without you and Renee. My prayer is that you two have met and keep each other company filled with love.  I know your Mom found this season very hard to get through, the pain of missing you never goes away.  Send a warm hug to your Mom....Love and prayers..Susan
